Standard delivery to the front door – how it works:
All deliveries are made to the front door only.
This delivery type does not include assembly or recycling.

Shipping costs:
Under CHF 500 = shipping fees apply.
From CHF 500 = free delivery.

Packaging & shipping:
– Rolled mattresses & pillows → Swiss Post
– Large or unrolled items → our delivery team

Recycling, assembly & disassembly:
Must be booked separately on the product page.
Important: If recycling is booked, old items must be ready at the front door.

Access & doors:
Access must be clear.
If the product does not fit through doors, staircase or lift, the customer must arrange alternatives
(balcony lift, special transport, helpers).

Delivery conditions:
Access must allow 3.5-ton vehicles and be snow-free.
Car-free areas / no road access → delivery to valley station, extra transport costs apply.

Scheduled delivery to the front door – How it works:
Please enter 2 possible dates (Mon–Fri) at checkout.
Scheduled delivery requires prepayment.

Large/open items → our own delivery service

Process:
We check your dates and confirm the next available one.
2–3 days before delivery you receive a 1–2 hour time window.

Recycling & extras:
Recycling, assembly, disassembly → selected on the product page.
Important: If recycling is booked, old items must be ready at the front door.

Access:
Access must be free (doors, staircase, lift).
If the product does not fit, the customer must arrange alternatives (balcony lift, special transport, helpers).

Delivery conditions:
The access road must be suitable for delivery vans up to 3.5 tons and free of snow.
In difficult delivery situations – such as locations without public road access or car-free zones – delivery is made only to the valley station; further transport must be arranged by the customer.

Bedroom delivery – how it works

Professional service:
– Two delivery staff carry your order safely into your bedroom
– Mattresses, toppers and slatted frames are placed into the bed, but not assembled
– NO assembly of bed frames, bases, legs, screws or complete beds
– Short explanation of how to use the delivered product
– All packaging materials are removed and disposed of

Important – assembly is NOT included:
Bedroom delivery does not include any assembly work.
For services such as:
– assembling bed frames
– mounting legs or screws
– installing frame structures
– completely assembling a bed
you must book assembly separately via the “Order assembly” button on the product page.

Recycling & additional services:
Recycling as well as assembly/disassembly must always be selected separately on the product page.

Access & conditions:
Access must be free and unobstructed (doors, staircase, lift).
If the item does not fit through doors or staircases, the customer must arrange alternatives (balcony lift, special transport, helpers).

– Mattresses, toppers and slatted frames are placed into the bed – no assembly
– No installation of bed frames, legs, screws or full bed assembly
– Brief explanation of product use
– All packaging is removed and disposed of

Important – assembly NOT included:
Scheduled bedroom delivery does not include assembly.
If you need your bed assembled, you must book assembly separately on the product page (“Order assembly” button).

– Provide two preferred dates (Mon–Fri) in the comment field
– We confirm the next available date
– 1–2 hour delivery window sent 2–3 days before delivery
– Saturday delivery available (+CHF 25)

– Full bed assembly (only if assembly service is booked)
– Bed frame, legs, screws, supports and all components are assembled
– Your bed is delivered fully assembled and ready to use
– Short explanation of how everything works
– All packaging is removed and disposed of

When is this service useful?
– If the customer forgot to book assembly on the product page
– If the customer cannot find the assembly option
– For complex beds (Hasena, frames, slatted systems, etc.)
– For customers who want a fully finished bed without effort

Recycling & extra services:
Recycling must be booked separately on the product page.
Old items are only taken if recycling is selected.

If you forgot to book assembly or couldn’t find the option on the product page,
you can still add the assembly service afterwards.
Just contact us and we will attach the assembly to your delivery.

Express Delivery – How it works

Availability & requirements:
Express delivery is available on weekdays only, and only for items that are in stock and suitable for postal shipment.
Please contact customer service beforehand to confirm availability.

Packaging & shipping:
Rolled mattresses, pillows and accessories are shipped vacuum-packed via Swiss Post.
Large or bulky items are not eligible for express delivery.

Express delivery process:
– Orders before 3p.m. : Shipped the same day, delivered the next working day.
– Orders after 3p.m. : Shipped the next working day, delivered within 48 hours.
– Note: Ideal for urgent orders requiring fast delivery.

Recycling & additional services:
Recycling, assembly and disassembly are not available with express delivery.

Access & delivery conditions:
Access must be clear and unobstructed (entrance, doorbell, parking).
Please ensure easy access to avoid delays.

Pickup – Free at our showroom or warehouse:
You can pick up your order free of charge at our locations.

Pickup options:
– Showroom Stans: Free pickup on site. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare your order.
– Warehouse Reiden: Pickup is also free here. Please contact us to coordinate the pickup time.
