Standard delivery to the front door – how it works:
All deliveries are made to the front door only.
This delivery type does not include assembly or recycling.

Scheduled delivery to the front door – How it works:
Please enter 2 possible dates (Mon–Fri) at checkout.
Scheduled delivery requires prepayment.

Process:
We check your dates and confirm the next available one.
2–3 days before delivery you receive a 1–2 hour time window.
Recycling & extras:
Recycling, assembly, disassembly → selected on the product page.
Important: If recycling is booked, old items must be ready at the front door.
Access:
Access must be free (doors, staircase, lift).
If the product does not fit, the customer must arrange alternatives (balcony lift, special transport, helpers).

The access road must be suitable for delivery vans up to 3.5 tons and free of snow.

Express Delivery – How it works
Availability & requirements:
Express delivery is available on weekdays only, and only for items that are in stock and suitable for postal shipment.
Please contact customer service beforehand to confirm availability.
Packaging & shipping:
Rolled mattresses, pillows and accessories are shipped vacuum-packed via Swiss Post.
Large or bulky items are not eligible for express delivery.
Express delivery process:
– Orders before 3p.m. : Shipped the same day, delivered the next working day.
– Orders after 3p.m. : Shipped the next working day, delivered within 48 hours.
– Note: Ideal for urgent orders requiring fast delivery.
Recycling & additional services:
Recycling, assembly and disassembly are not available with express delivery.
Access & delivery conditions:
Access must be clear and unobstructed (entrance, doorbell, parking).
Please ensure easy access to avoid delays.

📦 Hasena Storage Box Practico-Ron Box L – Storage Solution for Oak-Puro & −10% Discount
The Hasena Storage Box Practico-Ron Box L is the ideal storage solution for the Oak-Puro Module 23 L. The L version is designed for the 23-cm system and is complemented by 23 cm high, round corner parts made of natural oak. This creates a closed and visually harmonious solution directly beneath the bed.
The base is optionally available in White or Black. The visible corner parts are made of 93-natural oak, brushed and oiled, while the base and central beam are made of white MDF. The Practico-Ron Box L comes with a base, corner parts, and the necessary fittings. Depending on the bed width, the Practico-Ron Box L can be assembled as one or two parts. Important: Due to the construction of the storage box, no cross or longitudinal beams can be installed.

📦 How to Utilise the Storage Space
The storage space of the Practico-Ron Box 25 L is accessed from above. The bed frame with slatted frame and mattress sits on top of the storage box. For comfortable access, Hasena recommends a special slatted frame with a lift function, such as the Ultrafree-Lift KF or Econom-move. The slatted frame can be raised using gas spring mechanisms, thereby revealing the storage space underneath. The integrated base protects items stored inside, such as bedding or other objects, from direct contact with the floor.
