Try going to sleep at the same time every evening, which helps your body to find a regular sleep rhythm. Create your own rituals, thus you signal to your body that it is time to go to sleep. Create an ideal sleeping environment. A cool, quiet and dark bedroom is the perfect environment. A room temperature of 16 - 18°C is recommended for the bedroom.
Drinking warm milk with honey or counting sheep are count well-known sleep aids!
