Deliveries from our delivery service
Mattresses and slatted frames, delivered by our in-house delivery service, will be delivered to the bedroom if booked. Exceptions arise as soon as the goods are delivered by a partner carrier directly from the manufacturer or by post. If additional costs are incurred, such as at valley stations, mountain railways or taxis, the goods will be handed over at the valley station. In the case of difficult deliveries without a public access route, the customer must ensure that the ordered goods reach him. Please note that our deliveries are only free if we do not incur any additional costs to the desired delivery location.
Deliveries from our contractual partners
These deliveries are curbside free. With this type of delivery, the product you have ordered will not be transported to your front door or to the intended use location.

For our parcel shipments we use recycled cartons, the production of these boxes is 100% carbon-neutral through CO2 compensation.
Matratzenland uses these boxes several times to make a meaningful contribution to environmental protection. In case, if a package does not look quite so nice, thank you again for your understanding and your help!
As much as possible, we will also use vacuum packaging for mattresses, these are extremely space-saving because the original size can be reduced to less than a third. The packaging film can be recycled. On filling, we try to do without. It is our desire to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.

Deliveries to the bedroom
For organizational reasons, this "Delivery to your bedroom" service must be booked and confirmed in advance.
Delivery box spring beds and beds
Orders with assembly will be delivered and assembled by the Matratzenland service team.
Orders without assembly will be delivered curbside by one of our partner carriers. For technical delivery reasons, we ask you to provide 1 person(s) to help with unloading.

Delivery date
You will be notified before the delivery by email or telephone. In the case of "deliveries with the return of the old mattress", our driver calls you beforehand and arranges with you a personal delivery date.
Recycling old mattresses - Mattress disposal
When we're delivering your new mattresses and/or slatted frames, we will gladly take your old mattress / frame and dispose of them in an environmentally sound manner.

- recycling of a single slatted frame up to 100 x 200 cm costs 49.00 CHF
- recycling of a double mattress from 120 x 200 cm costs 69.00 CHF
- recycling of a double slatted frame from 120 x 200 cm costs 79.00 CHF
- recycling of a single bed frame up to 100 x 200 cm costs 85.00 CHF
